Interviewed BIM Champions, Architect/Engineers and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) on BIM including processes and procedures, BIM standards, BIM pilots, ROI, BIM challenges, BIM issues, and BIM lessons learned. Evaluated and documented three possible scenarios and their implementation impact on the NIS/eSMART environment. Recommended a solution.
- Sr. Business Analyst on a contract with Amtrak for their Amtrak Security Information System to determine requirements for re-engineering of system. Performed JARs, produced and tailored RTM database to match customer expectations, documented technical requirements, business requirements and functional requirements, developed security plan, disaster recovery plan and implementation plan. Produced all documentation for highly reviewed and approved Quality Gates.

- Food and Nutrition Service’s (FNS) Food Programs Reporting System (FPRS). C&A Task Lead for the US Department of Agriculture – Food and Nutrition Services, supporting the automation and web enabling of required reporting on Food Stamp and Special Nutrition Programs. Responsible for managing the Security Certification and Accreditation and required documentation for the system development effort.
- Federal Emergency Management Agency’s (FEMA) National Emergency Management Information System (NEMIS). Web Development Team Lead for the NEMIS project, and Project Manager for a Data Management and Workflow web development effort, translated functional requirements into a comprehensive, enterprise-wide system design, interpreting Joint Application Design (JAD) requirements. Assisted team in debugging, integration, and module development. She Designed and coded dynamic Web/Database applications using Oracle programming tools. Provided technical support for the installation of workstations and application software for the development lab configuration. Coordinated with the functional and development teams and FEMA and Anteon Management to ensure that they completed tasking assignments satisfactorily within the project scope and that quality assurance reviews took place regularly.
- General Services Administration Agency’s Public Buildings Service (PBS). As the Project Manager, analyzed the Section 508 compliance of six business systems. In an aggressive delivery period, responsible for directing analysis of the systems and providing documentation to outline the work effort necessary to make these systems Section 508 compliant. Implemented and utilized industry accepted and proven techniques/tools such as JAWS and Dragon Naturally Speaking to analyze the respective systems.
- General Services Administration (GSA) Advantage! As System Analyst, developed the web pages for the Computer and Communications Store (CCS) subsystem. Worked closely with the government to define functional and technical requirements and developed several CCS application functions. Assisted in the administration of the Windows NT operating system and accomplished the setup, configuration and maintenance of Website software and applications.
- United States Department of Agriculture (FDA) Food and Nutrition Service (FNS). As System Analyst, supported the Business Process Reengineering (BPR) effort, which included developing two Electronic Benefit Transfer (EBT) scenarios. Developed activity-based costs, a comprehensive Functional Economic Analysis (FEA), and a 5-year strategic plan. Conducted activity modeling; facilitated fact finding and activity modeling sessions; maintained the glossary of terms associated with the modeling, and gathered cost data. Conducted the FEA for the As-Is and To-Be alternatives for the Electronic Commerce/Electronic Data Interchange (EC/EDI) Automated BIDSETS Interface (ABI) Program. Her responsibilities included analyzing and documenting activity trends over an 11-year period.
